“Why do I need a Coach?”

It is natural as human beings to complicate our lives.  At times we may experience difficulty “seeing the forest for the trees.”  If you feel you’re lacking clarity on your purpose in life, or know your purpose but are struggling with implementation, or simply want to create more abundance in your life, coaching can be life-changing.  You’ll learn specific strategies for goal-setting and application, determine areas of your life that are calling for change, take immediate action toward that change, gain clarity and confidence, build upon your decision-making skills, engage your talents to attract opportunities, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and start incorporating self-care into your daily routine.

Highly motivated individuals who are sick of settling, and are 100% prepared to commit to shifting their mindset and creating their ideal life.

“How do we work together?”

In order to really change some habits and get results you’ll be excited about, we will need to commit to working together for a minimum of 3 months.  A lot of positive improvement can occur in 90 days.  This includes:

  • Weekly 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions (can be virtual or in-person)
  • Up to 4 sessions can be used as yoga/mindfulness sessions
  • Text and email support and accountability
  • A customized 90-day plan to achieve one BIG goal (and many supplementary goals

“How is Coaching different from Therapy?”

Coaching is primarily focused on the fulfillment of your current and future goals, and taking immediate action to see improvement as soon as possible.  Therapy generally involves looking into the past to understand your present.  Both are extremely useful methods of personal development.
